Vera wasn't sure she heard the voice right. Jack's supposed to be sleeping away like the doctor said, but he's the owner of the voice she just heard.

She looked at his face and his eyes were clearly open. He looked pale and tired, but his eyes gleamed like the morning sunlight. He's awake!
