It's a strange feeling!

My heart is pumping so fast, missing beats.

I've not felt this way since Lisa's death! In fact, after she disappeared, my connection with her was cut off. It was nothing new! Whenever a wolf loses his mate, their mind link disconnects. Lisa's and I was different in that we were not married, or even dating. We just had feelings for each other and had sex once, but the bond we shared was so strong, stronger than what an alpha shares with his mate. She was carrying my seed!
