“This is the cure.” Brody announced, holding up a small plastic tube with orange liquid inside.

I nodded, moving closer to him. “How fast will this work?” I asked, lifting my brow as I examined the liquid.

I don’t know if it’s only going to bring Allie back into my mind or if it’s going to force a shift. I don’t want to be in the middle of a hallway, out in the open, and suddenly start shifting. One, because I’ll be vulnerable for an attack, and two, I know it’s going to hurt like hell.
