ARES POV

 

As I walked back to my car that was parked a few meters from Brianna's hostel, I kicked some peebles, giggling as well.

 

One would have thought I had just won a million-dollar lottery with the excitement that was sizzling through me back then.

 

I remembered the smile and look that were on Brianna's face as we spoke. It melted my heart more than anyone could have ever imagined.

 

Diego was right, after all. With this, I wouldn't have to worry about distance or barriers. We could meet up anytime we wished. Thinking of it made my skin tingle with excitement. 

 

I grinned, smacking my lips in anticipation...
