I feel so cold, I am shivering so bad, my eyes flutter open and my vision dabbles.
It's so dark around here, there's a light flickering like it's tired up there.
I try to move but then I grunt in pain.
“Easy,” a man says.
I turn my head slowly.
The room tilts and my stomach flips. I swallow hard and try to breathe.
“Where am I?” My voice comes out rough and tired.
He chuckles. “A place where you're alive.
I test my wrists, it's tied with Zip ties very tight.
“Cute,” I mutter. “Very serial-killer chic.”
Another laugh, closer this time. “She’s feisty.”
