As the woman bursts into the room, Evelyn's body tenses and her eyes widen in shock. Pulling back instinctively, she looks from John to the intruder.

"What are you doing here, Sophia?" John says in a startled and irritated tone.

Sophia narrows her eyes as they dart between Evelyn and John while she walks to the middle of the living room, crossing her arms over her chest.

"John, I knew you would get over me quickly, but I didn't think you would do it so….. unashamedly."

Evelyn gets to her feet quickly, obviously uneasy. "I should leave. It seems like this is something between you two.”
