I pulled my baby into my chest. I didn't know what to say. What could I say? A multitude of emotions swirled around my brain as I processed what he'd told me. He'd been through a seemingly endless hell and yet he'd dragged himself through. And he kept all this buried inside of himself. And, after all of this, he was more worried about me and the pack than he was himself. He was so strong. He was a survivor. I held him even closer, as if that was possible,
