My head ached badly as I finally rose up into a sitting position on the bed. I awaken to a woman who was just putting a stethoscope away, and It was then I realized she was a doctor.

I looked around the room hastily, but to my disappointment, it was not a doctor who Liam had called to tend to me in his room as I thought. I was still hostage at Thane's pack, in an unfamiliar room.

And this doctor was probably sent to check up on me after what I had been through last night, especially after that hit to the head by that unfamiliar vile...
