BRENDA

Bruce comes back home late into the night and finds me still in bed although I'm not sleeping.

Since he has his own set of keys, he lets himself in and he's shocked to find me sleeping already. The lights are off and I'm still shaken to the core.

I haven't had lunch neither have I prepared dinner and to be sincere, I am starving! I'm still curled up on bed while facing the wall, something which makes him to sit on it and tap my shoulders.

"Are you okay Brenda?" He asks me.

"I-"
