A couple of days had passed since Matteo had gone on his business trip. We haven’t even spoken over the phone yet as he promised and I just guessed he was busy with work stuff and didn’t think too much about it.

On the other hand, I became quite close with Sofia and his mother. Bella wasn’t home most of the time and I didn't bother asking after her that much as she seemed to like her personal space too much so I just let her be. We spent so much time at the gardens and most time, Sofia took me along for her golf lessons...
