Tessa felt like he was talking to her, "you hear that" Racheal continued with her annoying tease.

Tessa said " it's really going to be fun" " look who's talking," Rachael said as they both checked people on the list and laughed at some of their tag names.

Tessa scrolled through the list and saw Alex, her crush, and smiled.

Tessa always enjoyed Alex's company, he was a cool guy and intelligent too, Tessa usually had academic projects with him and they always scored above average, he was also a fun guy to be around.

There was Josh and his basketball gang; Charles, Victor and Shadrach all part of the big boys in the school, they all had the fuck boy reputation.

There was Sheila the chair leader head and her rude but beautiful click, Catherine, Tiffany, and Debbie all had something to do with the basketball click, but Tessa did not care to get the details of all the gossip and their sexual escapades.

The rest were just the regular faces in school.

Tessa and Racheal were known for their brains, Tessa was always regarded as beautiful, and she was invited to join the chair leed group, but she didn't at some point Charles asked her out, but she declined, and because of that she was ignored by all the happening guys and girls in school except Racheal. Gossip had it that Racheal was her friend just because Tessa was smart and groomed her which helped her grades.

Tessa was totally unconcerned with any stupid rumor or gossip, she was mostly moody and mourned her aunt,

Racheal was the only one who stood by her all the way.

Racheal, on the other hand, was not known to be smart she was just average on her good days, she was the party type and always liked adventures, she always knew what happened in school and when it happened, she tried to join the cheerleading group for the basketball team but was declined, the reason being that she weighed above the maximum weight allowed.

However Racheal had always admired Tessa's beauty and smart brain, and they eventually became real close friends when Racheal moved into their new house which happens to share a fence with Tessa's house, they bonded when they saw they were both the only child of their very busy parents.

Their friendship helped brush up Racheal academically and Tessa socially.
