Harvey made me realize that maybe I did overreact. I went looking for Lucas in order to apologize but ended up bumping right into him. He looked at me and gave me a small smile which I returned. His reaction to my smile made me burst out laughing and I couldn't stop.

Lucas waited for me to stop laughing before grabbing my hand and taking me upstairs. Surprisingly, I wasn't nervous as I thought I would be. As we entered our room, the first thing I noticed on the bed made me do a double-take.
