Three months later

Helpless.

That is how I feel right now, I have been lying down here for as long as I can remember not able to move or talk with anyone.

I can hear the movement of people going out and coming into the room I am in, but they don't seem to see that I am making effort to talk to them.  I am desperate to ask them what is going on and who are they?

I can't remember knowing any of them or hearing their voices before now.

I do not know why they allow me to lie down here without moving my hands and...
