Lucille Is at It Again

When Lucille wants something, she wants it. How she persuaded my parents to let me go with Nate to their family cabin is beyond me. The best part was when she got me to agree to go, but I still can’t understand how that happened.

The woman called my boss and told him my family had suffered a death, and I needed to go out of town for the weekend. My co-workers offered me condolences, but I prefer not to lose a crazy uncle that I had never met and didn’t exist.
