I called Ian six times and he didn't pick up. So if I was being attacked by someone he wouldn't be here to save me?

I needed him to drive me to Saint's penthouse. Without his boss's permission, I had booked a meeting with Saint.

I hoped his boss wouldn't be angry if he found I did that. This was my life at stake. I needed to comply with my mystery man so I could have peaceful nights.

I didn't need Ian, I could drive myself there. But deep down, I knew I was scared. Ian was called my bodyguard for a reason, to protect me....
