My baby's engine revved loudly. She was angry. I haven't taken her out in a while. As I drove on the bumpy road, I glanced at Zara from the rear view mirror.

"Do you think it was a good idea to leave her alone in that big house?" Jason asked, raising both brows. "I've always known her to be wild."

I looked at him with the side of my eyes. "We can't let her follow us. She'll let her emotions get the best of her."
