“Hold it this way,” Hardin said softly into my eyes as he directed me to hold the gun firmly while placing his hand on mine. I could not help but tilt my head slowly to give him a smile and returned my gaze to the gun, heaving a sigh. He arranged my hand on the gun, and I nodded my head slowly as I adjusted my grip and aim.

“Just like that.” He said. My heart bloomed in excitement as he was training me on the use of guns. I could not wait to be a pro. Perhaps I will be going on missions with him, I thought....
