I woke up with a jolt, my heart pounding in my chest, I didn't even know when I fell asleep. Confusion clouded my mind as I desperately tried to make sense of my surroundings. I struggled to open my eyes, only to realize that I was blindfolded. Panic gripped me once again, my breath catching in my throat.

And then, as if in a surreal twist of fate, the blindfold was suddenly removed. My eyes blinked rapidly, adjusting to the sudden flood of light.
