"Come with me."

His father nods reluctantly, as Axel grabs his jacket and leaves the house. Once they leave, his dad turns to me and smiles.

"Thank you so much." he says gratefully. "Your brother saved my life, so please accept this dinner invitation as a thank you."

I glance over at Axel and give him a grateful smile.

"Of course," I reply. "I will be there tomorrow."

"Okay," he says as he gets up from the floor.

"Thanks again," I say politely. "And if I don't see you again soon, tell everyone I say hi."

"Will do," he responds.

We both say goodbye to each other, and I watch...
