I felt disappointed and unhappy when Allison didn't answer my call. I tried calling her again, but her line was switched off.

"Why is she not picking up?" I wondered, worriedly.

I wanted to tell her that I was heading back home and feeling sad about it. We wouldn't be able to talk or see each other for some time.

I decided to send her a message instead: "I went back home, baby. See you later. I'll be back within a few days."
