I fixed my coat as I left the conference. I didn’t mind my executives giving courtesy to me. I was in a rush. I had this feeling that I needed to go back to the island as soon as possible.

It wasn’t because I missed her. I always missed her whenever Blakely wasn’t around me. That feeling wasn’t new to me at all.

But this time, it was different. It was as if something was summoning me to come back as soon as possible.
