I suddenly felt someone pushed me and I fell with my eyes shut out of fear

I opened my eyes slowly and raise up my head,I slowly take a look at the face of the person who saved my life and it....It...was.....Kareem?!

He laid there lifelessly with his eyes shut

Did...did Kareem just...save my life?

But...why isn't he moving?...why isn't he talking?.

"Kareem?..Kareem? " I called and ran to him,I knelt beside him and called out his name several times but he wasn't responding

"Kareem" I called him again with a shaky voice 

"Kareem...please wake up...Kareem..Kareem I'm sorry Kareem" I beg him in tears
