Maryam's POV

"Do you really mean what you had just said?". I asked just to be sure of what I just heard.

"Yes I do"

"So..... How about this, I want two things from you"

"Two things?"

"Yes, two things"

"First, call Khalid and apologise for what you had done to him yesterday-".  

"What?!  No way!"  He yells.

"Why? You can't do it?" I ask smirking. I don't know why, but I enjoyed seeing this side of Kareem. I really can't believe there could be a day I'd be making rules for Kareem Abdulazeez.

"I...I can't do it" he finally said.   "He took you out without my permission...
