King Ace's POV

I thought giving her what she wanted would make us stop fighting. I thought giving her the freedom and peace she was clamoring for would put an end to all this craziness. But I was wrong. She wanted more. She wanted to leave my side. My kingdom.

I could never allow that. Her persistent nagging and yelling poked on all my nerves. I couldn't take it anymore. There was no more tolerance for her silly, outrageous requests.

"That won’t be possible mate. It doesn't matter what you say. I won’t let you leave my side."
