"I hope you're settled well, Phoebe," Brianna gave me a beaming smile as she stood outside of Alastor's bedroom door.

I was sitting on Alastor's bed, trying to get comfortable. Minutes prior, Alastor and I were having our moment. But Brianna just has to come knocking on the door, insisting that what she has to tell my mate is nothing but urgent.
