My wedding day. 

I stared ahead at the mirror as my make up was getting done while my mom chatted with the other moms and women of her community. 

"You're really luck to have snatched the boy of the Fitzgeralds, I heard they managed to get the Ford family to come," woman 1

"Yes, they even announced their heir yesterday although his face wasn't shown, but we can all tell that they are busy with a lot of things. Your family really has it going well for you, except for your husband's death," woman 2.

But my mom quickly interjected  

"I'm sure he is happy with things and...
