I came out of the kitchen to see the front door open, and Ty limped inside. What the hell was he doing home so early, and why was he hobbling?

“Let me guess. You and Gavin were ‘wrestling,’ and you lost.” I smirked.

He rolled his eyes at me. “No, dink. I jumped out of Bella’s window to avoid Mack.”

“Excuse me? Why were you playing Tarzan?”

“Because I brought her home after Christian hit her. Well, she hit him first, but that’s not the point.”

“What do you mean, Christian hit her?”
