Nathan came out of the bathroom with a slightly red face. He rubbed the back of his neck, feeling awkward about what had just happened.

Elena stood by the table, equally awkward. She avoided Nathan's gaze, fiddling with her fingers, trying to ease the uneasiness in her chest.
