Nathan stood frozen, while Elena stared blankly at the doctor. A small smile appeared on her lips, but she couldn't hide her concern.

"Honey, you're happy, right? I'm pregnant with your child."

Nathan sat on the edge of the bed, holding Elena's hand. "Yes, I'm happy, but honey..."
