I couldn’t sleep that night. I couldn’t sleep the next night either. I didn’t know what to do. I had proof that Viktor was hunting down flora wolves, thanks to the file Mira had brought me.

But what was I going to do with it? Take it to the council? Not likely. For all I knew, the council had approved it. Maybe they were all hiring people. They were afraid of flora wolves, since flora wolves had once ruled.

They wouldn’t do anything about this.
