The street light was dim enough to see an object. It was usually like this in isolated streets, Erskineville, every night. A man emerged from the hotel that was built there, walking towards his car. It happened to be the senior officer. He was generally known as Senior. He usually comes to this hotel to chill out with some bitch before heading home to his family.
