As soon as Kelvin ended the call with the Abenigo, he headed for the COP's (chief of police)office to report the case. Then the COP instructed him on what to do. Then, he went to the CCTV room, the workers were busy on the system but he excused one of them, to occupy his seat. After he sat, he started going through the footage from yesterday to see if someone had drugged her or if she drugged herself, but what he saw startled him instead... the footage of when Tina was sitting in the query room was deleted and overwritten by a new file.
