Hours passed, and the banquet before the meeting was about to begin. Felix hurried to his room to take a shower before going to the hall; he knew the werewolves would smell Cateline on his body.

He put on the most formal clothes he found in his wardrobe, fixing his hair as he looked at the mirror, pushing it back. He was anxious and worried because of Cateline; everything had to go as planned.
