The messenger already knew the girl from previous visits to the farm; he handed her everything in the cart and left the place without saying anything more. It was all very quick; he didn't seem to like being there.

Excited, Lucinda rushes inside the house with some of the boxes. Milenna, who was in the back, heard her daughter calling to show the gifts.
