Lucinda and Joaquim

Lord Sirio finishes swirling the cup again, Joaquim becomes excited; he would finally have a chance to prove his worth and perhaps inherit the Aftermoon kingdom. The satisfaction is visible on his face; he knew he was capable. Meanwhile, his older brother Helton becomes furious. To him, such tests were unnecessary; being the eldest son of the Lord, he believed it was his right to inherit everything.

"Father... the throne is rightfully mine... you know that! Why prolong something that is already certain?"

Helton lets his anger take over and confronts his father, something the Lord detests.
