I was wearing pants and shirt as I readied myself to meet Uncle Aiden today. He promised me that he'll release Hugo, Kate and Diane.

"You have to be aware of your surroundings, Miss Bree. He might be planning something against you."

I nodded at Leon. "Okay."

Rogue held my hands and squeezed them. "You have to be strong, babe. Whatever happens, I'll be one step behind."

I took a deep breath. "I'm scared, Rogue. What if…"

"No! Take care of yourself and our baby. Please, no matter what happens, keep yourself safe. I'd die if something bad happens to you and our baby."
