“How did this happen?” I snarled at the small man who cowered in front of me. My rage knew no bounds. “You are aware that he is one of our most important clients, why did you have to make such a silly mistake?!”

“I'm so sorry, sir…" His voice was quivering as his knees grew weak, and he fell to the ground in front of me. “Punish me, sir! I have done a terrible deed.”

“Terrible is an understatement!” I sneered. “You've made us lose hope of future deals with them!”
