Hearing Amelia, Nathan got all silent for a moment. Amelia left the room and he fell in deep thought what to do actually.

He could feel how deeply he hurt her by getting engaged to someone else after saying all that to her just a night before.

He could feel how hard she was trying to mask her sad expression with anything else.

And the thought that he himself was the reason of her hardship got him hurt like no more.
