ANNA'S POV

We were quick to notice her walking in so he pushed me off him in seconds.

"Adrian, I'm here!"

"Adrian, oh, there you are"

"Yeah"

She shifted her gaze from him to me, excited to see me.

"How are you holding up? I hope my brother isn't acting crazy"

"He's actually taking good care of me"

"Hmm, really?"

"Yes"

Her brows furrowed and I wondered why she asked as she took a good look at me.

"I'm not convinced"

"And why's that?"

"Because you're in his clothes"

Oh, shoot! I didn't realize that. But I really didn't have anything else to wear.

"That's because I didn't have anything to wear, I plan to go to the mall later to…"

"No need, I got you a few dresses and school books. So you don't need to go back home to pack for the meantime, just stay here first"

"Thanks a bunch!"

She finally handed me the shopping bag she was holding. Karina is so sweet!

But I can't believe she almost caught us. What would I have said to her?

Adrian just stayed at a corner, on his phone. Karina was trying to engage him in a conversation but he seemed really uninterested and it continued that way until she decided to leave.

"I really can't stay here. You're so annoying!"

He didn't answer her, aloof as usual.

"Bye Anna, see you in school!"

Soon she walked out and finally left.

I wasn't happy with Adrian, he was rather mean to his own sister.

So I walked up to him to ask him why he did that because it wasn't sitting well with me.

"Why did you do that to her? That was mean"

"She's quite a handful"

"No she's not! She was just trying to talk to her brother, that was mean of you!"

"You don't get to talk to me that way!"

I then realized I was shouting and I was about to walk away when he grabbed me and pushed me down to sit beside him.

"Shouldn't we finish what we started? It's all I've been thinking about since Karina came here"

He said, staring at me seductively. But then I got irritated.

"That was a one time thing, we shouldn't keep doing it! Besides you said I could stay here if we had sex just once, now you're abusing it! Just let me be!"

I turned to leave again but he pinned me down and we just stared at each other in silence, which he eventually broke when he asked me a tricky question.

"Look into my eyes and tell me you don't like it when we fuck"

I took a proper view of his eyes for the first time, it was brown and I was getting lost in them.

"Huh?"

He held my waist tightly and asked again.

"Look into my eyes and tell me you don't like me"

I struggled but he held me firmly. I then realized I was somewhat attracted to this crazy, dark man.

"I don't see why I should do that"

"Tell me you want us to stop, just say it"

This time around he breathed close to my ears. Fuck! He was seducing me.

But I didn't want it to stop.

I couldn't hold it any longer so I kissed him. He returned the kiss instantly and held me even tighter, before breaking out minutes after. He did that so we could catch our breaths.

"I know you wanted this as much as I do, so stop pretending. I'll let you go now because I have school work to take care of"

He said and walked away without even hearing from me. I still couldn't believe I was in this type of situation with a guy I called a pervert. I'm the pervert here! Because I'm still dying to rush at him and fuck him badly. But I'll try to calm myself down and let him go.

The next day was school again, and I had to attend it this time around since I've stayed at home for a while.

I woke up that morning and we got ready together.

I wore a tight yellow sunny dress and packed my hair in a bun with a yellow scrunchie.

He wore black pants and a green button shirt.

"You look really beautiful today"

We got into one of his cars and we drove off to school.

Blake City university was looking quite different from my first day here.

The school surroundings were rather free and many people weren't there. I finally got a good look at the school.

It turns out Adrian and I were studying the same major. In English.

So we got into class and sat down for the lecture.

He couldn't even give me the notes on what he learned the day before.

While we were in class, the lecturer asked a question and I was the only one that knew the answer so I answered it.

"Good day students. Welcome once again into our prestigious college"

"Thank you Sir!"

The whole class chorused.

"Let's continue on where we stopped in our last class. We were talking about vowels and consonants.

"Yes sir"

"I still can't believe how a good number of you guys don't know how many alphabets we have. This is really basic, it's upsetting. Now who can tell me the total number of consonants?"

I raised my hands up on impulse and stood up in front of the class.

"Twenty one sir!"

"That's absolutely correct. I'm satisfied"

"Thank you"

I smiled and sat down. I felt really good about myself.

"Smartie pants!"

"Freak"

"That's good!"

"Lovely"

I heard different side remarks and I didn't know how to feel about it.

Friends swarmed around me immediately, it was all bliss.
