"How are you feeling" Xavier asked Ariel , he was done feeding her and was seating causally beside her on the bed, facing her.

"Better " she replied.

"Thank Goodness" he muttered.

"Thank you for everything , Xavier" she murmured .

"We've gone past saying thank you babes , it's my responsibility to take care of you" he said and she slowly reached out for him to hold her hands and he did.

"Just don't scare me like that again" she said.

"I'll think about it" she teased as her lips stretched into a smile and he bursted out laughing.
