I tried to open my eyes. I squinted my eyes a bit rough, shutting them tightly once before opening them again. A bright light hit my eyes as I gradually opened them. They weren't bright but they seemed almost blinding. 

My head was a mess, I had a raging headache and felt groggy and disoriented. I remembered almost crashing into the truck and my car crashing against a tree.

I looked around the room and found myself in an unfamiliar room. I am laying on a very small bed which is quite small for my six feet plus frame and muscular body.
