“What is happening Lu?” I heard Eve question, her voice shaky due to fear. I already knew what they were, I smelt them before they even arrived. Why did this have to happen right now?

“They are rogue wolves Eve and we are surrounded by them. Just stand behind me, alright?” I could easily take on a few but with Eve here, it would be a lot harder because I had to protect her too.
