I had thought we were avoiding drama all these while but never in my wildest dreams did I think that this was going to be one of our encounters soon. The note didn’t leave any trail and the body was that of a human. The blood was fresh so I could tell that the death was a recent one.

“Who could have done this?” I questioned Lunaris who looked equally confused

“We already know who our major enemy is, and if she was able to do that, then it means she’s watching us and has access to everything we are doing.”
