ELISA

I could feel Damon's piercing gaze but I couldn't lift my head to look at him.

I probably seem quite pathetic, few months back I told him there is no hope between us and here I am asking him to wait.

"You know what, forget it." I said, letting his sleeves go, but before my hands dropped, Damon pulled me into his embrace, hugging me tight.

"I would wait as long as you want me to Eli." He coaxed in a soft voice.
