"Ah, my bad, it seems I might have overstepped." Mom slapped her mouth looking sincerely apologetic.

She must have just said her inner thoughts directly.

"It's nothing, we just don't plan on having children for now." Damon responded, shoving another spoonful into my mouth.

I swallowed it then glared at him, I know he didn't want me to speak or whatever but wasn't this a bit excessive?
