Lovena's POV

As I walked past the garden, I heard some ruffling, then I paused. Something caught my attention. I turned and there she was.

Selene or whatever.

The silver-haired maid stood beside another one I didn’t recognize. They were bending down, doing something suspicious, and then they both rose up and turned only to freeze when they saw me.

A smirk tugged at my lips.

“Wait there,” I said, stepping forward.

They looked startled. My gaze locked on Selene, and I scanned her slowly from head to toe.

I had to admit, she was beautiful. Too beautiful. That silver hair shimmered under the light, and those eyes… Moon goddess....
