Selene's POV

"Can't you sense it?" Carmen queried, her eyes darting around. "Someone's watching us."

"I don't understand" I questioned , looking around.

Shockingly, a thick voice snarled from nowhere. "A rogue, huh?"

"Behind you, Selene" Carmen yelled, and in the next minute, she disappeared and appeared in front of me.

"It seems the pack is under attack" Carmen revealed, taking a fight stance.

I glanced at the intruder, shock written on my face. "What?!"

"That man is not a pack member" Carmen disclosed.

I was rendered speechless for a moment as I tried to comprehend the whole situation.
