"Is he okay?" I asked Beast as I looked at Kaya's hand, knowing full well that it would've already healed by now if there already was a bite. I had to at least make sure he had all five fingers, because those didn't grow back.

"Guys I'm fine!" Kaya literally screamed, shoving the both of us away and then panting. "Nothing happened to me. Now can the both of you calm down so we can focus on that task at hand."

"Fine," I said.

Beast looked back towards the cell glaring. I did too but then I noticed something. The boy was actually calmer now. He wasn't tossing himself...
