It’s been a long week for Hope Gilbert. She has lost contact with her family and friends after breaking up with them because of some stupid thing she did when she first went on a date with a stranger named Lucas Anderson. After that she didn’t really want to talk to anybody about it. So when Hope saw the name of Lucas on one of the staff bulletin board she decided to read his resume, he seems like a decent guy, so maybe there are still people out there who want to be her friend again, maybe even more now that she’s a single woman.
