Chapter 6 I do anything for you

Chapter 6 I do anything for you

Hope are ready for her wedding with Lucas, she in love with him.

She never thought if her boss Lucas will propose her to her. But he did. And he was perfect when he proposed it, and she loves him so much and yes, she said yes to him.

She is married to Lucas. Hope's happiness is so high now that her life has been so much better than before.

They got engaged two weeks ago after they were both single and Hope wanted to get married to him.

She didn't know how he would react when she told him, but as she expected, she received a surprise kiss on her lips when he picked her up from his office.

He carried her in his arms and Hope wrapped her legs around him, making sure to hug his neck tightly as her face buried on his shoulder.

It was an amazing moment that made Hope realize that Lucas loves her just as much as her back.

His words have become so much more meaningful and special to her that she can say them without fear. They have become a part of her. She will always remember them.

Hope knows that someday, she’ll tell all of this to Lucas and he will smile at her lovingly as he listen to her words while he kisses her cheeks lovingly.

Her fiancé and Hope have a good relationship, and she knows that no matter what happens between the two of them, they will be together forever.

Hope wakes up early today because she woke up earlier than usual and couldn’t fall asleep due to being excited about going out on a date with Lucas this afternoon.

She is dressed up in an adorable black shirt that had a lace design with small silver hearts embroidered on it and matching black pants.

She put her hair into a ponytail, leaving a few strands hanging on each side of her face. It was a little messy because of her excitement but still looked adorable.

She wore some cute white sneakers, her favorite pair because she liked the color white because it complimented Lucas’s pale skin perfectly.

It was also one of the many reasons why Lucas agreed to marry her.

Lucas is beautiful on any level, but his pale skin makes him look even more perfect and pure when he wears white clothes.

Lucas opened the door for Hope with a huge smile plastered on his face.

“Good morning, love, I missed you.” He kissed Hope’s cheek softly and held her waist as they walked out of their bedroom together.

Their house is only one floor so it’s quite easy for them to walk down the stairs to reach the main entrance. Hope is holding on to Lucas’s hand tightly, wanting it to last forever.

After they reached the ground floor, Lucas pulled away and held Hope’s hands firmly. “Ready to go?” he asked her, giving her an angelic smile.

Hope nodded enthusiastically. “Yes.”

The couple left the house after paying the maids. The weather was nice today.

The sky was blue and there wasn’t a cloud in sight. Lucas put his arm around Hope’s shoulders while they headed towards the car.

“By the way, you forgot to wear your engagement ring.” Lucas patted Hope’s hand which is clutching onto his wrist affectionately.

Hope blushed and took out the ring from her pocket while looking away shyly. “Oh yeah. Sorry. I guess my mind is elsewhere these days.”

Lucas chuckled slightly at her answer. “No problem, Hope. You don’t need to apologize.”

The couple arrived at the restaurant that was supposed to be their first date. They checked in using the VIP room of the restaurant to avoid getting recognized by fans or paparazzi.

After getting a drink and settling in their seats, Lucas took hold of Hope’s hand again and placed it over the table.

“So...what do you want to do first before we start eating?”

Hope smiled brightly. “Well, I think it should be you telling me what you want to do first instead of me asking since I am a little bit nervous right now. So I might ask first. How does pizza sound?”

Lucas laughed heartily at Hope’s answer. “Sounds great. You know what else sounds like great? Getting married, actually. We haven’t been living together for very long.”

“It feels like forever already.” Hope sighed dreamily. She could see herself marrying Lucas one day, she is happy that they are already engaged.

“When are you thinking of having our wedding again? When are you taking us to the country? When will you introduce me to your family?”

Lucas smiled gently at Hope as she spoke. “All of those things are in the future.”

Hope frowned. “But I want to plan everything for our wedding so you can take it slow and savor every second.”

Lucas shook his head lightly at Hope. “I promise you, Love, that we’re going to have a big wedding. I don’t want anything less than that.”

Hope relaxed. That means that Lucas wants to have their wedding in the country.

“Okay then. What else do you want to eat? Maybe we should order food so we can start the date?”

Lucas hummed in agreement as he took Hope’s menu and scanned it. Soon, a waiter came to check their orders. He gave them the menus to look at and Lucas started pointing his finger to something that interested him in the menu.

He showed Hope the pictures and asked what kind of pasta he wants to make. Hope tried to point out the picture on the menu but Lucas shook his head and pointed to another dish.

“That is not the pasta that you recommend,” Lucas explained calmly. “You have to add more salt. If you use too much salt, the soup becomes soggy. Try again.”

Hope frowned in confusion. She is trying to understand what Lucas meant but he seemed adamant about doing this alone so Hope let him do whatever he wants. She decided to trust Lucas.
